Hello, I'm teamquavers, but my real name is Matthew. I was recently visiting another September Novel-writing site, but it seemed defunct. My goal for 9/2013 is 25,000 words, and I will also use this month to plan out future writing events I'm participating in.

Pats2001 here. Just notched my first WriMo win in the July Camp Nano contest; my project for that one was a Star Trek fanfic which *knock on wood* I aim to come up with a suitable ending for in the September WriMo.

Hi, everyone . Marie, thanks for starting this thread. I'm Siana, your enthusiastic and committed admin. Well... I'm the admin, anyway. I'm neck-deep in goats and trying to sort out my head so I can actually write something. I'll do my best to get everything tidied up for SeptNo 2013 this week, but in the meantime feel free to post stuff in the existing boards. PS - the event will have roughly the same rules as last year - the 'official' goal types are planning, writing and editing, but I'm also going to add an extra section where you can post different kinds of goal.

I'm Mim. I'm pitting three kids against a desire to FINISH these NaNovels from years past (they almost all won, except Legally Binding, during which my life exploded.) I have somewhere in the vicinity of seven unfinished novels. I would like to finish two. I'm starting with the first unfinished one, which has to do with careers and babies. It hasn't got a permanent title. I'm thinking the next most likely to finish is the second-most recent, "An Old-Fashioned Love Song." It's a ghost story. Could be wrong.
Anyway, I have one autistic daughter, and another with possible bipolar (and all three have dxes of ADHD.) There's the usual business of running a house, feeding people, etc. I've also got a cat who needs a routine neutering (Bowser, one of six moggies) and did I mention I'm about to turn 34? Another finished novel is my present to ME. (I've finished two, leaving seven undone. Two of those don't count because they're not fiction, but the rest, fair game. And that game is ON.)
My interests are music, writing, cats, and knitting. I'm relatively easy to get along with...I think.

Hi, Mim. Welcome to SeptNoWrimo . Best of luck finishing your novels and if there's anything specific SeptNo can do to help you on your way, say something.

Hello~
I spend a lot of time thinking about writing, and substantially less time actually writing. For over a year now, I've had a particular story that I've wanted to write, or thought about writing. Although I've tried to write down fragments of the story, hoping that perhaps once I started, it would sort of carry itself (haha), its details (the plot; the characters) remain nebulous. My aim over the next few days and for the month of September is to de-nebulise these details, and to write 30,000 words of the story, although I doubt that this will be one block of continuous narrative. Although at this point I still know very little about the story, I can say that it's largely to do with the way that mainstream opinions/anxieties about homosexuality can shape identity and relationships. (It sounds pretentious but it will probably end up 90% angst.)
My favourite genre of fiction is probably magic realism.
My interests include cats, hot beverages, LoZ and sleeping.
I'm looking forward to September!

Hey, I am YourDestiny on the regular Nanowrimo forums too I have never finished a novel length story. (Hopefully the book I am working on now will be the one I do) Unfortunately I failed both camps this year. My interests are computer gaming, writing and horseback riding. Along with my two fat cats I'm going to attempt September with a goal of 30k.
